Delivery times

At Sticky Moon we do not have inventories, since our labels and tags are personalized according to your specifications and tastes. Therefore, we will send your order within 10 to 12 business days after payment confirmation. In any case, we will inform you if there is any problem or delay with your order.

Our shipments are made through our agreement with Servientrega. The address registered for each shipment is your responsibility, so please be very careful when entering your contact information and address. If for any reason you give us a wrong address, you will have to bear the costs of reshipment.  

Shipping costs are $7,000 for deliveries in Bogota and surroundings   (ex: Chía, Cajicá, La Calera) and $12,000 for deliveries in the rest of the country.

As our products are customized to your liking, you can understand that we only accept  claims for  products that have an error on our part or in cases where the product arrives in poor condition due to shipping.
This is why we ask you to be very careful.  at the time of placing your order.
